In this proceeding School District No. 56, Chelan county, seeks to appropriate, as additional grounds to its existing school site, two and twenty-seven one hundredths acres of land out of a tract containing 18 acres, now the property of the respondents J. N. Dotson and Jennie N. Dotson.
