On June 1, 2000, the plaintiff, Alita Grieco, filed a two count complaint against the defendants, Cetka Dalipovski and Lazim Elezovski for physical injuries she sustained when she fell through the exterior porch stairs of the two-family house owned by the defendant Dalipovski and maintained and managed by the defendant Elezovski.
