CALDWELL, Circuit Judge.
This action was brought by O. B. Crittenden -and Henry Crittenden, the defendants in error, against the board of levee inspectors of Chicot county, Ark., the plaintiff in error, to recover damages for entering upon their land, and by excavations and digging upon the land destroying- one house, filling up a ditch cut for the purpose of drainage, and damming up the natural outlet for the surface water, and destroying timber.
