Plaintiffs Michael and Michiko Antonae-cio bring this action on behalf of their son, Alex, against the Board of Education of Arlington Central School District (“School District”) and the New York State Education Department (“Education Department”). Plaintiffs allege that the School District has violated the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (“IDEA”) and the State Department has violated the IDEA, Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act, Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act (“ADA”), and 42 U.S.C. § 1983 (“Section 1983”).…
