PARKER, Circuit Judge.
This is an appeal by defendant in a wrongful death case in which there was verdict and judgment for the plaintiff. Decedent was employed by the Bethlehem Steel Company, which was engaged in constructing a bridge over the Susquehanna River between Perryville and Havre de Grace, Maryland. On November 28, 1938, he was engaged with other employees of the steel company in moving some iron pipe by means of a steel cable suspended from a “gennywink” on the bridge, when the cable came in contact with high tension wires of the defendant, Conowingo Power Company, and he was…
