On January 8, 2010, Petitioner Blue Ridge Investments, L.L.C. (“Blue Ridge”) filed the instant petition to confirm an arbitral award rendered pursuant to the Convention on the Settlement of Investment Disputes between States and Nationals of Other States (the “ICSID Convention” or the “Convention”).
