Affirming.

This action involves the question whether the wharf property of the city of Louisville, Ky., is subject to taxation for state and county purposes. The wharf property is a strip of land, of varying width, in the city of Louisville, bordering on the Ohio river. It is owned in its entirety by the municipality, and a part *846of it is paved and used for wharf purposes.
