Waunetta Atkinson, a teacher employed by Unified School District No. 383, appeals from an order of the district court dismissing her appeal to the district court of Riley County.

On April 15, 1982, the defendant Board of Education of Unified School District No. 383 notified plaintiff of its intention not to renew her contract. K.S.A. 1982 Supp. 72-5452. Plaintiff requested a due process hearing which was held on July 20 and 21. The hearing committee recommended that plaintiff s contract not be renewed.
