This case is before the Court following the remand from the Sixth Circuit Court *775of Appeals. The Sixth Circuit vacated this Court’s grant of summary judgment to Defendants, which was based on the Court’s conclusion that Plaintiffs breach of duty of fair representation claim against the UAW and its Local Union 863 were barred by the applicable six-month statute of limitations.
