MEMORANDUM OPINION

This matter comes before the court on the debtor’s objection to claim #3 of Gentra Capital Corporation (Gentra), formerly known as RT Capital Corporation and as-signee of Pacific First Bank.

BACKGROUND

The debtor, Boulders on the River, Inc., is the developer, owner, and operator of an apartment complex in Eugene, Oregon. Pacific First Bank (Bank) provided the capital for the construction of the project.
