MEMORANDUM DECISION ON SECURED CREDITOR 64 LIBERTY ASSOCIATES’ MOTION FOR POST-PETITION DEFAULT RATE INTEREST

This motion requires us to determine whether the reorganization plan of Liberty Warehouse Associates, L.P. (“debtor”), a solvent debtor, that proposes to pay the over-secured claim of 64 Liberty Associates (“Associates”) in full on its effective date' with post-petition interest calculated at a pre-de-fault interest rate fixed in the underlying loan agreement impairs that claim.
