VANCE, Circuit Judge:
Wayne Garfield Brookins, III, was convicted of receiving or concealing a stolen vehicle, 18 U.S.C. § 2313. He appeals the district court’s refusal to suppress certain evidence. We affirm.

The Mountain Brook Police received a complaint from a female friend of Brookins, on September 4, 1978, asking that Brookins and his belongings be removed from her apartment where he had been living.
