MEMORANDUM

OBERDORFER, District Judge.

This Memorandum confirms the resentencing that occurred in open court on November 14, 1996. Defendant Evans Ray was resentenced principally to 88 months in prison, to be followed by a four-year term of supervised release. His conviction for using or carrying a firearm in relation to a drug trafficking offense, see 18 U.S.C. § 924(c) (1994), had been previously vacated pursuant to the Supreme Court’s decision in Bailey v.
