Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the County Court, Nassau County (LaPera, J.), rendered October 21, 2004, convicting him of criminal possession of a controlled substance in the third degree, criminal possession of a controlled substance in the fourth degree, criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree, and unlawful possession of marijuana, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence.
