McANULTY, Judge.

Glenn West (hereinafter appellant) appeals his conviction in the Calloway Circuit Court for one count of criminal mischief in the first degree, one count of criminal mischief in the second degree, seven counts of wanton endangerment, one count of possession of marijuana and one count of carrying a concealed deadly weapon. On appeal, he argues that the trial court erred in failing to conduct a competency hearing as required by Kentucky Revised Statutes (KRS) 504.100; that the testimony of a jailhouse informant should have been excluded; that he should have been charged…
