Plaintiff brings this action alleging defendant violated the Federal and Georgia Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Acts (“RICO”), 18 U.S.C. § 1961 et seq., Ga. Off’l Code Ann. § 16-14-1 et seq., Section 2(c) of the Robinson-Patman Act, 15 U.S.C. § 13(c), and the state laws prohibiting money had and received, fraud, conversion and waste of corporate assets. This court’s jurisdiction is predicated upon 28 U.S.C. § 1331 insofar as Counts V (federal RICO) and YII (Robinson-Patman Act) of plaintiff’s complaint arise under the laws of the United…
