HARVEY, Justice.
Appellants Patrick O’Quinn, Mrs. Gladys O’Quinn, his wife, and W. D. Watson bring this appeal from a judgment entered in the District Court of Camp County, Texas, suit No. 4203, Tate v. O’Quinn et al., foreclosing an abstract of judgment lien in favor of F. O. Tate, appellee, on 424 acres of land located in that county. The defenses set up were: (1) That the judgment lien was invalid and ineffective because the judgment upon which it was based in cause No. 4010, F. O. Tate v.
