Hines, Justice.
Ernest White appeals his conviction for malice murder in connection with the fatal shooting of his brother, Wayne White. He chal*584lenges the admission into evidence of certain statements made by his wife and the sufficiency of the evidence at trial. Finding the challenges to be without merit, we affirm.1
