Appellants Warren Daniel and Marcus Daniel were jointly indicted and tried for murder and other crimes in connection with the shooting death of Kendrick Tennyson. Warren was found guilty of malice murder, two counts of felony murder, aggravated assault and numerous possession charges and sentenced to life in prison. Marcus, also sentenced to life, was found guilty of felony murder, aggravated assault, and two counts of possession of a firearm.
