This matter came on to be heard February 21, 1981, upon the motion and notice of the defendant and cross-complainant for the entry of a final decree. The controversy between the parties involves three matters. The plaintiff and cross-defendant first claims that the defendant and cross-complainant is not entitled to a divorce on the ground of desertion and that he should be awarded a final decree on the ground that the parties have lived separate and apart without interruption and without any cohabitation for more than one year.
