Affirming.

The appellant and defendant below, Freddie Hollowell, was indicted by the grand jury of Muhlenberg county charged with the offense of receiving stolen property of the value of more than $20, knowing it to have been stolen, an offense denounced by section 1199 of our present statutes. Upon his trial he was convicted and punished by confinement in the penitentiary for one year.
