Affirming.

The grand jury of Lewis county returned an indictment against appellant and defendant below, Noah Shaw, in the first count of which he was charged with the offense of grand larceny, by stealing and appropriating to his own use certain enumerated articles of personal property belonging to E. B. Hale, without the latter’s consent, and of the aggregate value of $64.
