ORDER

DAUGHERTY, District Judge.

This is a class action suit brought by Plaintiff pro se in which he seeks recovery of actual and punitive damages for personal injuries. It is asserted that this Court has subject matter jurisdiction by reason of diversity of citizenship and amount in controversy pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1332. In his Complaint, Plaintiff alleges that he purchased groceries and one “Super Deluxe Toilet Deodorant” from one of Defendant’s stores in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; that all of the items purchased by Plaintiff were placed in the same grocery sack; that later the same day,…
