The findings of the, trial court were to- the effect that on June 7, 1909, the town of New Hope made and filed an order laying out the road in question; that immediately thereafter such highway was opened, improved, and used by parties residing along the highway; that the road has been traveled by the public for a period of approximately thirty-one years; that the authorities of the town of New Hope have directed the improvement of such highway and have expended town funds thereon for its maintenance during such period; that during the last twelve years at- times public funds have been…
