The Mayor & Aldermen of the City of Forsyth and Oscar H. Chapman in their complaint against Willie Mack Tribble sought to enjoin the defendant temporarily and permanently from maintaining obstructions in a described alley, 17 feet in width, which extends from Kimball Street to Harris Street in the City of Forsyth. Upon the presentation of the complaint, a temporary restraining order was issued.
