Defendants-Appellants Jerome and Ari Warshawsky (the “Warshawskys”), father and son, appeal from an order of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York (Arthur D. Spatt, Judge) filed August 17, 2007, denying a motion to reconsider an order of the court filed June 6, 2007.
