MEMORANDUM AND ORDER

PIESTER, United States Magistrate Judge.

Pending before the court is defendant’s motion to quash an attorney’s hen. (Fihng 28.) For the reasons discussed more fully below, I shall grant the motion to quash.

The plaintiffs in this action filed this action through two attorneys: Glen Pressman of Colorado Springs, Colorado and James Welsh of Omaha, Nebraska. Defendant retained Don Witt of Lincoln.
