This is an action in quo warranto brought by the state on the relation of the county attorney of Ford county, in the district court of Ford county, to test the validity of the organization of joint rural high-school district No. 2, Clark county, comprising land lying in Clark and Ford counties, and to enjoin the county clerk of Ford county from extending the tax levy, certified by the joint district, to the land in Ford county claimed to be included in the joint district.
