This is an action to compel the defendants, as the board of county commissioners of Stafford county, to issue seventy-two bonds of that county, of the denomination of one thousand dollars each, with interest coupons attached, upon an alleged subscriirtion .in writing, to the capital stock of the Arkansas River & Western Railroad Company.
