This matter comes before the Court on Plaintiffs and Defendants’ motions for partial summary judgment (Dkt. Nos. 296 & 304). Having thoroughly considered the parties’ briefing and the relevant record, the Court finds oral argument unnecessary and hereby GRANTS summary judgment for Plaintiff Richard Klein on Defendant Gregory Demopulos’ defamation counterclaim, except as to Klein’s posting of a biotech article about Defendant Omeros Corporation on Yahoo!
