Plaintiff Raymond Anthony Joao is the inventor and owner of United States Patents Nos. 6,587,046, 6,542,076, and 6,549,-130. In plain English, the patents-in-suit cover apparatuses and methods for transmitting video information to remote devices and/or over the Internet. Defendant Cenuco, Inc. sells various video monitoring products and services.
