This case arises from a petition for the enforcement of the duty of support filed by the plaintiff under General Laws Chapter 273A, commonly referred to as the Uniform Reciprocal Enforcement of Support Act.1 The required supporting documents were forwarded by thhe Court of Common Pleas in the State of Pennsylvania to the West Roxbury Division.
