MEMORANDUM OPINION

BLACKWELL N. SHELLEY, Bankruptcy Judge.

This matter came before the Court upon the filing of a complaint to determine validity of lien and motion to avoid lien by the debtor, Tommy B. Quidley. A trial on the debtor’s complaint was held on December 13, 1983. After taking evidence and listening to argument by both parties, this Court ruled that certain office equipment not the subject of this opinion was not exempt as tools of the trade and that any exemptions claimed by the debtor in property purchased with proceeds of the Small Business Administration (SBA) loan are inferior…
