MEMORANDUM TO ORDER DENYING CONFIRMATION OF CHAPTER 13 PLAN
GREGORY F. KISHEL, Bankruptcy Judge.
The Court has this date entered an Order denying confirmation of Debtors’ Chapter 13 Plan. Debtors’ Chapter 13 Trustee has no objection to confirmation of the Plan as filed, and so advised the Court at the confirmation hearing held on March 6, 1985. However, First American National Bank of St. Cloud (hereinafter “First American”), one of Debtors’ larger scheduled creditors, strenuously objected to confirmation; it ultimately argued six separate grounds for objection.
