MEMORANDUM OF DECISION ON COMPLAINT TO AVOID PREFERENTIAL TRANSFERS

I. INTRODUCTION

This adversary proceeding follows in the tragic wake of a pattern of fraud perpetrated by the Debtor’s principals upon, inter alia, their clients. The present De fendants, like scores of other clients of the Debtor over a period spanning two decades, entrusted significant personal funds to the Debtor’s care.
