BAUM, Chief Judge:

Appellant was convicted by general court-martial of three offenses in accor*799dance with his pleas of guilty entered pursuant to a written pretrial agreement.1 Thereafter, as requested by Appellant, sentence was imposed by judge alone. That sentence consisted of a dishonorable discharge, confinement at hard labor for 24 months, total forfeitures, and reduction to pay grade E-l.
