Plaintiff, a Virginia inmate, brings this pro se action pursuant to 42 U.S.C. Section 1983 to redress alleged violations of his constitutional rights. Plaintiff seeks monetary relief. 1 This matter comes before this Court on defendant Ron Angelone’s motion to dismiss pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 12(b)(6) and defendant John R.
