I. INTRODUCTION

Two former inmates bring constitutional challenges to the conditions of their con finement at the Camden County Correctional Facility (“CCCF”). This is not the first time the CCCF has been the subject of federal litigation. United States District Judge Harold A. Ackerman presided over an action against CCCF that was originally filed in 1982.
