defendant, Brian Creazzo, is charged with Homicide by Vehicle *417While Under the Influence,1 Homicide by Vehicle,2 Accidents Involving Death or Personal Injury While Not Properly Licensed,3 Involuntary Manslaughter,4 Recklessly Endangering Another Person,5 Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol or Controlled Substance,6 and three (3) summary offenses.7 It is alleged that the defendant, while under the influence of various controlled substances,8 drove his Chevrolet 1500 into the rear of the victim’s, Shane Uttard’s, Buick LeSabre.
