Plaintiff -appellant Breezewood Management Company (Breezewood) appeals the judgment of the Small Claims Division of the Monroe Superior Court denying its claim and awarding damages upon the counterclaims of defendants- appellees Dan Maltbie (Maltbie) and John Burke (Burke) for breach of lease.
