— Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the County Court, Nassau County (Thorp, J.), rendered March 29, 1984, convicting him of burglary in the second degree, possession of burglar’s tools, and criminal mischief in the fourth degree (two counts), upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence. The appeal brings up for review the denial, after a hearing (Auser, J.), of the defendant’s motion to suppress identification testimony and physical evidence.
Judgment affirmed.
