The appellant filed an account before the board of commissioners of the county, for his services as auditor of the county, for four months, from November 1st, 1875, when his term of office commenced, to March 1st, 1876. The. board not making such an allowance as was satisfactory to the appellant, he appealed to the circuit court, where the cause was tried, and judgment rendered for the appellant, but for an amount not sufficient to meet the views of the appellant; hence he appeals to this court.
