TEODOSIO, Judge.
{¶ 1} Defendant-Appellant, Paul Biggins, appeals from the judgment of the Medina County Court of Common Pleas. This Court affirms.

{¶ 2} Mr. Biggins was indicted on one count of theft based on his having taken funds from Medina Creative Housing aka Medina Creative Accessibility aka Medina Creative Living ("Medina Creative"). He later signed a written plea of no contest.
