Pursuant to the provisions of § 52-105 of the General Statutes, the plaintiffs brought a class action seeking damages and equitable relief, claiming that the defendants, Egon Neustadt and Candle- wood Lake Estates Service Corporation, failed to construct and maintain roads in a development owned by the defendant Neustadt, in accordance with the terms contained in deeds from Neustadt to the plaintiffs.
