We are asked to revisit Pennsylvania’s Registration of Sexual Offenders Act (hereinafter, “Megan’s Law II” or the “Act”) 1 to determine whether a subsection of the Act’s sanction provision violates the due process clause of the Fourteenth Amendment to the United States Constitution. 2 In Commonwealth v.
