BADALAMENTI, Judge.

Michael Young petitions this court for a writ of certiorari. . He seeks review of the trial court’s order denying his assistant public defender’s motion to withdraw based upon a conflict of interest. After careful review, we have determined that the trial court, departed from the essential requirements of the law when it inquired into the details of privileged, information in contravention of section 27.5303(l)(a), Florida Statutes (2015), and denied counsel's motion to withdraw, when counsel failed to answer.
