ROGERS, Justice.

Albert Dominique Coco died intestate, leaving as his sole legal heirs two broth ers and two sisters. Lestan L. Coco, the elder brother,'applied for the appointment as administrator, and, pending the publication of his application, as temporary administrator of the succession. His application to be appointed temporary administrator was opposed by Jules A. Coco, the other brother, and by Mrs. Eliza Coco Woodruff, one of the sisters. After due hearing the judge of the district court appointed Lestan L. Coco as temporary administrator and ordered the publication of his application…
