MEMORANDUM OPINION
BERNARD MARKOVITZ, Bankruptcy Judge.
Before the Court is Plaintiffs Objection to the Dischargeability of a Certain Debt owed by the Defendant. Specifically,’ Plaintiff alleges Defendant used a false financial statement to obtain money, thereby rendering the resultant debt nondis-chargeable pursuant to § 523(a)(2)(B). Defendant denies any intent to deceive and asserts that the omission of pertinent information occurred as a result of guidance by Plaintiffs agent and/or employee.
