GILBERTSON, Chief Justice.

[¶ 1.] On January 24, 2006, Robert Marschke (Marschke) filed a summons and complaint against Nathan J. Wratislaw, individually and d/b/a Montana Muscle and Classics, LLC (Montana Muscle) (collec tively “Wratislaw”), in the South Dakota Seventh Judicial Circuit. On April 24, 2006, Wratislaw filed a motion to dismiss for lack of personal jurisdiction pursuant to SDCL 15 — 6—12(b). The circuit court granted Wratislaw’s motion to dismiss. We affirm.
