PITTS, Chief Justice.

This is a workmen’s compensation suit wherein appellee, Fred Ross, as employee, filed suit against appellant, the Texas Employers’ Insurance, Association, a corporation, as insurance carrier, because of injuries sustained by him on or about April 5, *5481952, while he as employee was engaged in the course of his employment by Farmers’ Cooperative Compress as employer. The case was tried to a jury and judgment was rendered for appellee upon the verdict.
